I’ve been getting double billing for a Plan I subscribed to. I only have two devices connected using one plan, I paid for just one plan but I see two plans on my account, why is that? where can I get support, I need to be refunded, because the other plan just appeared since day one, but I just realized I’ve been getting double billing.

    Thanks for posting, @JorgeSH.

I apologize for any confusion. I can confirm that you do have two active subscriptions. They both started on the same day, and the only value you will be receiving is increased storage.

Purchasing two Creative Cloud Photography plans does not increase the number of allowable activations, so your only benefit is the 1 GB of storage, @JorgeSH.

Please click on https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen to speak with a member of our team who can help you cancel the duplicate plan and process your refund requests, Jorge.

For more information about the cancellation and refund process, see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html. Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @JorgeSH. ^JW

@JorgeSH you’d be better off posting on the Account, Payment, & Plan forum
