Double charge for Adobe Creative Cloud subscription (refund request)
Hello,
I was charged twice for my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
The first payment didn’t seem to go through, so I tried again, but now both payments were processed.
I need a refund for the duplicate charge.
Both payments were made on October 20, using the same Adobe account (mail starting with alparslan.beyza@17283611)).
My account region is Turkey, and I cannot reach a live agent because the chat only shows an AI bot.
Please help me contact the billing team or start a refund process.
