Double Charged while and my account still says that there is a billing issue.
Hello there,
I currently have the creative cloud subscription. As the title says, my card was charged twice and it still says that there is a billing issue on the apps. I didn't change that card that I use as it was the same one for when I purchased the subscription.
The payment went through yesterday as I saw that it was deducted from my bank.
I have no idea as to why this is happening and needed it to be resolved asap.
