Double charges

I am being charged twice on consecutive days every month for the past three months since I subscribed to Firefly in January and I have been unable to contact anyone to resolve the issue. Please help.I am on an individual plan.

    We appreciate you reaching out. I reviewed your account details and could not locate any double charges associated with this account. The last transaction was made on March 25, 2026.

    Issue resolved. A typo when signing up created 2 accounts, allegedly. Thank you.

    It only shows one payment per month being taken on the 25th [Jan - March] for the 3 months but my bank whom I contacted and they confirmed, shows another payment per month taken on the 26th yet none of these 3 payments are shown on the account. I have checked my other emails to see if I maybe inadvertently subscribed twice but none of my other email addresses bring any data up for a second account.
