Hello there.!1 Have a good day,!1 I got an issue since last month. i checked my account and i noticed I paied twice.

Oct 20 - 14.99$ Oct 21 - 20.99$

Why is that? today I got a payment notice and I had to paid 20.99$ twice.

How I get my refund for one? 
I decided to change my plan also.

if the charges for the same items, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

this is this month invoices and current photoshop device screen shots.. Actually this is unfair situation. how can I fix this issue?
