I would like some help on the payment issue. I had a student subscription for all Adobe programs. I paid for a month in advance and finished my plan. This day they charged me another 23 euros. For what? If the subscription for a month in advance was already paid

I’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that you currently have an active Adobe Creative Cloud Pro plan, which is valid until November 16, 2025. This is why you're still being charged. However, since you've already cancelled the renewal, the plan will not renew after this date.
