Double payment charge
Hello adobe,
I need some help with a refund issue. I made a payment for Adobe Premium using my iPhone through Apple Pay and was charged $17.99. After purchasing, I realized the plan doesn’t include the desktop app, so I upgraded and was charged $34 for the monthly plan.
During the upgrade, it said that the $17.99 would be refunded, but I haven’t received the refund yet.
Has anyone experienced this, or can Adobe support help me get the refund processed?
