down to four apps

Question

I purchased the student discounted plan with the 30+ apps (many of which I use for my classes) in August, but now (February) I only have access to three apps. When I try to open the other ones (that are on my desktop from being downloaded when I bought them) they make me do the 7 day trial and ask if I want to buy them!? I paid around $200 for this and am rather upset about it. I need them to work so I can do homework.
