Downgrade Rights for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017

I'm wondering if I can install Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 using my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 license purchased under our CLPC agreement without maintenance, or do I need to purchase a Standard license?

Probably not. There were historically no downgrade rights from Pro to Standard, not least because there can be no reason to do it.
