Here are instructions to cancel your plan: helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription. If you experience difficulties, please contact Adobe directly by using the chat button that appears in the lower right of that page. That will take you to a Customer Care representitive who can access your account.

As an aside, this is a community forum not a direct line to Adobe Support. Never post personal information like a credit card number here, since it is available to everyone. I would suggest you edit your post to remove it. A moderator may come along to do it for you, but it's better to take it down A.S.A.P.
