Question

Dual Licenses on 1 machine

Good day.

I'd like to know if it is possible to utilise 2 separate adobe id's on one system.

I'm moving in with my brother in the new year and we may have to share accounts due to issues he experienced when his mac crashed and burnt during the latest OS update.

I have the Photography package and he has the full creative suite and I just want to know if there is any chance of account/ID suspension if the same system/laptop logs in and out of separate Adobe ID's as he would need to utilise the full suite and I would need to utilise the bundle for photographers.

As I understand it, you both have accounts with Adobe and will now be using one Mac computer, is that correct?

This is a user forum, and I do not work for Adobe. I think what I personally would do in your case is create a second administrator account (with a distinctive background image) and use the workspace switcher in the uppermost right to switch from one account to the other. You can then have separate docks, sidebars, folders, etc.

Accounts are not for sharing. At least you should use different Apple logins on the Mac. You might have to sign out your Adobe iD too.
