DUDA CANCELACIÓN PHOTOSHOP

Hola! tengo dudas sobre los paquetes que tengo contratados.

Tengo el plan fotográfico y también el paquete del photoshop.
Me dí cuenta que estoy pagando dos veces por el mismo programa.
Mi duda es: ¿si doy de baja el paquete individual de photoshop, tendré problemas a la hora de trabajar con photoshop teniendo el otro plan activado? ¿Se bloqueará al cancerla suscripción?

In principle if you have a valid subscription through either plan (photography or single app) you should be able to use Photoshop. You may need to sign out of Creative Cloud and back in again after cancelling one package.

 

If you have any account issues contact Adobe directly using the contact page (this forum is answered by volunteer users - we do not work for Adobe). For the same reason do not respond to PMs in teh forum asking for account information - scammers are known to do that.

Is there an email address to speak to Adobe personally? Adobe chat does not solve my doubt 😞
