Duplicate payment

After Effect was used as a regular payment of 24,000 won per month, but I paid for it at 18700 won because I heard there.
By the way, 18700 won was taken out of the bank account right away, and next month's payment was not changed for students, but for general use and student use.
Is there a way to get a refund or return it to students from next month's payment?
