Hello I have subscription Lightroom ai photo editor from Google play now when I'm logging iny new device it's showing duplicate purchase issue

Sorry for the trouble. I checked for active subscription associated with the email address you used with Adobe community. I could not find any active/trial subscriptions linked with it.

Did you make the purchase using a different email ID?

This is my current used email address and Adobe I'd I have only purchased
from google play with my Adobe I'd.

I rechecked, however there is no trace of any purchase made. Could you check your mailbox if you recieved any email for purchase confirmation?

As per your advice I have contacted with the Google play they also have give me advice to do contact with app developer or company.
