Duplicate subscription charge of $31.99

I have been charged twice for the exact same amount of $31.99 when subscribing for the first time to a monthly subscription cost. The duplicate transaction is the exact same date as when I subscribed and I would like an immediate refund of the double charge.

    I looked into your account info and found that you have three active subscriptions associated with your account.

    Two plans for Adobe Acrobat Pro and one plan for AI Assistant for Acrobat.

    You can cancel the duplicate plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro following the steps listed in this article: https://adobe.ly/44HHp2A
