Дважды списываются средства за месячную подписку

Добрый день. Второй месяц подряд замечаю что средства за месячную подписку (телефон) списываются дважды, так случилось и недавно, вчера списали деньги и сегодня, можно ли их как то вернуть либо же уже оплаченные средства перекинуть на следующий месяц?
