Since the Premiere subscription attempt did not complete, please try updating the email address associated with your Adobe account by following the steps in:
If you are unable to update the email address because verification messages are being sent to the incorrect address, please let us know what happens when you attempt the steps in the document and whether you receive any error messages.
Once the email address has been corrected, you can try purchasing Premiere again using the updated account.
