Early cancellation fee

Hello,

Adobe makes it difficult to stop the auto renew of your annual policy, and when you are auto renewed you are locked into continuing to pay unless you want to incur early cancellation fee. 

I am looking to cancel due to financial stress, and it's impossible to find a direct contact to a service desk so your individual case can be assessed. ADOBE subscription strategy, making it difficult for people to cancel plans seems to be disadvantageous, and poor conduct on their behalf.
