editing credit card information is getting difficult in Adobe

I logged into Adobe, and there is no option to edit credit card information. Please do not send me the instruction as in FAQ, which is not working. When we login there is no option at all to navigate to edit credit card information. Hi tech adobe has this problem surprisingly. Please technical team seriously look into resolve. This above link is not helping. As said in the link I am not seeing edit billing information. The technical team should clearly resolve this rather than keep sending me this link to navigate. Thanks
