education licence

Hi, i bought the education license one year ago, 12 april 2019, fro 19.99 euros per month. It has renewed last month with the price 30.74 euros per month. I still want to use it, but would like to go back to the education price, because i m still studying. Is that possible? How can i confirm i m still studying? Thank you for any reply.

Students & Teachers get approx 60% off the 1st year and 40% off the 2nd year until you cancel.

That is the normal education price, still half the full price.

You will have to talk to customer support and provide them with proof that you are still a student.

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.
