Education status confirmed but being charged $113.99

I work for a register training organisation as a trainer/educator. I have been using the education subscription since 2023. Each year I have had to have my status confirmed and each year it I have had confirmed education status and paid for the education subscription. I had my education status confirmed on 30 January 2026, I expected it to switch as per previous years. I see my invoices that I am being charged $113.99. My payments jumped from $55/month to $113.99. I would like answers.
