education status gets rejected

I am a student but my education status keeps getting rejected by SheerID when I send in documentation to prove that I am a student. Have tried 4 times now, and I don't know what to send in now.. No one else in my class has this problem. How can I fix this?

    I don't know what SheerID are, but here are some tips in general for submitting ID to a (trusted) verification service.

    1. Check your scan or picture of the ID is entirely clear and readable. Watch out for flash reflections etc.

    2. Make sure your details EXACTLY match in every way. Even spelling mistakes. Read both the form you fill and the ID carefully, checking this.

    3. Check date of birth, make sure you put the year of birth, not this year (I do this ALL the time!)

    All of those thing are fine.

    SheerID is what aproves that you are qualified to get the student account on Adobe. I gues they collaborates with Adobe.
    I'm trying too get in touch with Adobe directly but something goes wrong
