Educational status issues

I am currently a student, I've had a student plan for two years without any issues. From some reason, Adobe assume I graduated, although I have 2 more school years left. I have submitted my Student ID multiple times, and I still get an email that "We couldn't confirm your educational status".

 

Please help!!

p.s. type "agent " to bypass the bot, if you use chat.
