Egypt payment Still have solution for Freelancer plz consider allow it

The central bank in Egypt has blocked most of the deposit cards to pay in foreign currency,  but there are still 2 types of deposit cards that are working in Egypt to pay in foreign currency and pay overseas. The first one is named Easy Pay card, With this card you can pay monthly until 200$ or whatever equal to this amount. I already paid my subscription to Adobe last Sunday and The payment was accepted. The second way is to pay through a dollar account deposit card and pay as much as the dollars you have in your account. 
But this week Adobe announced that it will only accept credit cards. and it's not easy for freelancers to make credit cards here in Egypt, I even don't know if any bank will make it for freelancers who don't have other jobs.
So please consider your decision again cause it puts a big group of customers in Egypt in a hard position, with no other option than to go for cracked softer or to use another alternative softer. 
And it doesn't make sense to not accept payments that already work with no problems.
