Email for customer support

How can I send an email and get help? I've been trying to get help from the chat but I can't get the help I need. I live in Denmark so I have no way of calling the US number for the customer support. There must be a way to get help even if I don't live in the US. Can't I just send an email?

Adobe does not offer email support for initial contact, although they sometimes followup with email.

When you go to Chat, type "agent" to get a human instead of the bot. Get a case number. Ask for a supervisor or Tier 2 support if needed.

Another option is to ask your question here in the forums. Here's the list of boards, but if you can't find the correct one, then we can move your post.
