email not sending

adobe readerdc is set as my default program. I cannot send email attachment to others. When I scan a document it still saves in documents on my computer. I think someone possibly changed send to configuration on my computers. if this is the case how do I fix so that i can send emails from computer using adobe reader DC? I usually scan a document so that i can send to others.
