Emails about payment problems go the old email address

I have changed my email address in my Adobe account several months ago. But now there were some problems with my payment and the emails about it went to my old email address. Everywhere in my account where I looked, the new email address is visible. What have I missed?

Change primary & secondary e-mail again, perhaps this time with another browser.
