End of Student Plan but need more another two years

Need advice, as I'm finished my two years college doing digital Art on last June. and graduated.so I decided to enrol in University for two years to postgraduate for another 2 years on doing UX which start next month.

My concern is as my work in the last two years, if I sign up for another two years with a different email, so I will lose all my work or how do I extend my student plan for another two years as students id expired in September.

Your advice would be great.
