Enter a new redeem code

It's a small company.

It has purchased and is using an annual plan through a reseller.

When I logged in from CC and entered the "new redemption code" when it was time to renew, the deadline was not extended and the code was already used.

What should I do?

I don't think I quite understand, so let's start with some questions. 
1.  Is this an individual plan, a team plan or an enterprise plan?

2. If it's an individual plan it will auto renew, buying a redemption code will likely leave you with two simultaneous charges but only one plan. what was your intention in buying a redemption code?

3. Is the intention to expand the one plan to more people this way? Or is it all for just one person?

4. Are YOU the one and only user? Because it seems that if you signed into CC to redeem a plan, then YOU now have the plan.
