Entrance to Adobe ID

Question

I had a two-step identification in my account. My phone was lost on which it is possible to log into the system. I tried to change my phone number to a new one in the profile, but this also requires you to log in to the profile. I can’t get the code for the specified number, and I can’t disable the two-step verification either. Please tell me what to do, how to log in to my account?

There should be an option on one of the Login screens to Change the way you get the code needed to log in.

Like this.

Select that option and have the code sent to your Adobe ID Email Address.

Other than that you will need to contact Adobe in your part of the world directly. Probably through the Chat System.
