Erreur d'abonnement. Logiciel jamais utilisé. demande de résiliation sans frais et remboursemenrt

Bonjour,

 

j'ai contracté une version d'essai sans prendre garde et je n'ai jamais annulé la formule, et n'y ai jamais pensé car je n'ai jamais ouvert le logiciel. Je m'aperçois que je suis prélevée chaque mois. Un recours de remboursement et de résiliation sans frais est-il possible ? Comment puis-je procéder ? Merci pour votre aide.

    If you rent a car and park it in your garage and never drive it you are still obligated to pay the rental fee

     

    For anyone else reading this... pay attention to the terms when you buy a subscription

    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
