Erro ao logar em conta premium

Question

Tenho uma conta premium, porém não consigo acessa-lá. Toda vez que entro no app diz que já tenho uma conta em outro e-mail e preciso fazer login nela: porém não uso essa conta e não consigo acessar a conta correta. O que posso fazer?
