Question

Solicito:
1) A verificação do log interno de uso da minha conta;
2) A correção da data de renovação para o dia 05;

    Hey, Hugo ASColombini!

    As for the 0/4000 credits used - It means that you have 4000 credits left to use!

    For the billing error, unfortunately I cannot help you futher, you’ll have to contact support, because I do not have the right access.

    Thanks,

    Gabriel

    Sou assinante do Creative Cloud Pro (R$ 55/mês) desde 05/08/2026.

    2. O moderador do fórum (Gabriel) interpretou errado o print "0/4000 restantes" e recusou ajuda.

    Provas: Fatura paga dia 05; 8 arquivos .psd criados (impossível consumir 4.000 créditos); histórico do Firefly vazio.

    Hi, affectionate_Harmony5e5f!

    When you look at your accounts page (https://account.adobe.com/plans), what is the date you see on “next payment date”?

    That day of the month is the day credits for that plan are refreshed on a monthly basis. Can you please share a screenshot/video of what you see in the link above?

    If indeed says 12 of October, and you are still sure of that being wrong, I will ask you to reach out to customer support, so they can better help you!

    Thanks,

    Gabriel

    Hi Gabriel,

    Thank you for looking into this.

    I have attached the screenshot of my account page as requested. As you can see, my next payment date is November 5th. My billing history confirms that I have been charged on the 5th of every month (August, September, October).

    However, the Firefly panel shows "Next reset: October 12th" (and customer support told me it was changed to the 13th). This is the exact discrepancy I am reporting. The payment date is the 5th, but the credit refresh date is showing the 12th/13th.

    I already reached out to customer support (Samannaya) before posting here. She told me the payment was "delayed", which is false (I have the invoice proving it was paid on October 5th), and then offered me 2 free months and tried to sell me an extra plan. She was unable to fix the system error.

    Furthermore, I only generated 8 images for my college assignment. It is mathematically impossible for 8 images to consume 4,000 credits. The system shows "0/4000 credits used", but my generation history is empty. This is a systemic bug.

    Since customer support cannot resolve this and the system is clearly contradicting Adobe's own official policy ("credits renew monthly on the billing date"), could you please escalate this to the engineering team to fix the date to the 5th and restore my 4,000 credits?

    Thank you,
    Hugo
