ME COBRARAM UM VALOR DE 95,00 REAIS, SENDO QUE COLQUEI COMO NÃO NA OPÇÃO DE NRENOVAÇÃO AUTOMATICA, AGORA NÃO TEM UM SUPORTE PARA AJUDAR NO REEMBOLSO, E AINDA FALAM QUE SE CANCELAR DENTRO DE 14 DIAS TE REEMBOLSAM, TUDO MENTIRA!! COBRAM O VALOR DE CANCELAMENTO SEU ISSO SIM.

QUERO O MEU REEMBOLSO, POIS ISSO É ROUBO, COBRAR DE ALGO QUE VOCÊ SELECIONOU COMO NÃO COBRAR. POR FAVOR ALGUEM DO SUPORTE ENTRAR EM CONTATO PARA DAR ANDAMENTO NO REEMBOLSO, SENÃO VAI FICAR PIOR

There is no option to turn off automatic renewal.

You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
