erroneous trial of instalation of Photoshop

Dear Colleagues,
Yesterday I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements. Unfortunately, I have to ask for help, because - due to my fault (albeit unintentional) - I am unable to install the program.
Years ago, I bought Photoshop Elements, and a colleague installed it on a computer in my lab, but from my email. As a result, I do not know the password and have not been able to install updates, but that was not a problem. Yesterday, when I have tried to create an account, it turned out that an account already exists at my address. Not knowing the password, instead of trying to recover/update it, I have given my other address, an account was created at that address, I have sent the activation code received from the dealer, and then Ihave been asked for a six-digit code, sent to my account on o2. And then it turned out that I can't log in to o2 (I haven't used it for years, I don't remember the password, and the new o2 mail probably requires a newer operating system than on my Macintosh (I have to note that now I am going to install a PC version). And when I try to use the account with my work address, I'm informed that the code has already been used. This means that the code I received fromthe dealer is blocked on the account with the o2 address, to which I don't have an access. So what should I do? I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your help. With respect and best regards Andrzej Falniowski

Andrzej, please be careful when creating new accounts and then tying any purchases to them. You can use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/4irLkF5 to request a password reset for the account you used to redeem your redemption code. If you cannot complete the process, the purchase and account access may be lost. Please contact whoever provided the code, as they received your money, for any requests for a refund or a new code. You can find additional information on utilizing redemption codes at https://adobe.ly/4iv2Gkq.

I show you have an older copy of Photoshop Elements registered to the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please see https://adobe.ly/4jhgiRt for information on how to download the software from your account. ^JW

Thanks a lot for your message. However, either I am completely stupid, or all these links are simply useless.
Perhaps you can just check and see that my code:

has not been used for downloading of the files. And my efforts to get access to my other e-mail box have definitely filed, thus the six-letter code is unaccessible for me, thus it is impossible to even start download from my account afalniowski@o2.pl.

All best greetings and wishes, anyway

Andrzej

@andrzej_9206 try reporting the issue on the Account, Payment, & Plan forum, it's also not recommended to post your email addresses on a public forum.

Edit: "I have sent the activation code received from the dealer" if you didn't purchase it directly from Adobe, you'll need to contact the dealer.
