Error 403 at accounts.adobe.com/plans

Hello folks!  Adobe sent me an email recommending that I update my credit card info.  The email has a link that redirects to https://accounts.adobe.com/plans.  But that site cannot be loaded, and I get two different errors: the 403 error in the subject earlier, and now “This site can’t provide a secure connection.”

Furthermore, when I tried to edit the “subject field” (which you call “Describe your bug”), I lost my entire message, and I had to type it in again.

Time to look at competing products?

I can’t do it but I know that scammers can falsify an email or a website to look EXACTLY like a real one, very often by stealing from a real website or message to make the false one

Yes, but then the link would point to a scam site, not to an adobe.com host, no?  The IP address for accounts.adobe.com is controlled by Adobe.  If the hackers took over Adobe’s name server, they could do man-in-the-middle without needing to fish.

You said that account with no s works… and that accounts doesn’t work BUT shows as being owned by Adobe… my thought, without knowing Adobe’s intention, is they own the site address for people who type an address wrong… but, if that is the case, they should have a notice, not an error code

Ha!  And when I go to account.adobe.com/payment, (account, not accounts) it shows that my credit card info is current.  No need to update it.

Was this fishing?  The email looks legit.  More likely your bug!
