Error changing billing info, but can't access real time support

Keep on getting an error message 'Someting went wrong.' when trying to change my billing information. When I had issues I could always start a live chat with adobe customer support, however I cannot find it. Everytime I click 'real live support' it takes me to the main help page. I've tried different browsers with no success. Where can I get some support to fix this?
