Error changing email

For several days, I’ve tried to change the email on my Adobe account, but each attempt returns “An error occurred.  Please try again later.”  after entering the new email address.

    @parishdm are you trying to change the email address to the account where you have an active subscription? Please see the other discussion you created at

Per the suggestions offered by ​@kglad and ​@Manan Joshi please try using a different browser or device if you are unable to use the available self-service solution, ​@parishdm .

    in paricular, try using a mobile phone’s (non-opera) browser with wifi disabled to make the email change.

    Could be a problem with their systems. You can try it back after sometime. Try doing it using a different browser, computer, network

    Have been trying regularly for a couple of weeks without success.  It appears that their accounting doesn’t not recognize the payment I made in April of last year and wants me to pay again.  I assume that because their system doesn’t recognize me to be paid up, it will not allow me to change my email address, because I’ve been getting this “An error occurred. Please try again later” for the same period of time I’ve been trying to reinstall Acrobat.
