Error en mi subscripción

Hola, hace unos días compre mi paquete de adobe para estudiantes, me había funcionado todo bien hasta hoy, que el programa me pidió volver a iniciar sesión, al hacerlo encuentro que ya no cuento con mi plan por lo que no puedo hacer uso de ningún programa, solo me da la opción de realizar una nueva compra o iniciar una prueba gratis.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
