Hi Team,

Why am I unable to upgrade from my current plan (Photography Plan & Adobe Acrobat Pro) to the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan?

@kglad is correct. Special prices are only available to new customers. Contact Adobe support as indicated by @John T Smith. Ask them what they can do for you.

Thanks for your response, although it’s too late to take advantage of the Black Friday offer.

Here are the messages I always received when I attempted to upgrade my current account/plan to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps.

I could never connect with an actual person in Customer Support.
