Error when extending student account

Hello,

I got an e-mail from Adobe that my Adobe studentaccount is ending. I'm still studying, so I tried to extend my student license. When I click on the link in the e-mail from Adobe, I get the same error everytime. I'm Dutch, so to translate: "Something went wrong. We can't process your request at this time. Please contact Adobe support."

 

Does anyone have a solution? Or should I cancel my account and continue on another one. Will I lose my documents if I do this?

Howdy, 

The same error occured with my account. I tried all the methods you wrote in your thread but it still did not work. What should I do to renew my Educational License?
