Alguien me puede clarificar la diferencia entre el plan anual de pago mensual y el plan de anual prepago?

The main difference is that in the annual plan you are charged for the whole year in a lump sum, whereas in the monthly plan the charge is levied every month, the difference is also in terms of cancellation fees. See the following link for details, it explains everything.
