me facturaron un año de uso, usaron mi tarjeta de redito, uo no aprobe esa suscricion

Could you please share more details about your issue? Are you referring to any charges on your Adobe account for any Adobe subscription? We verified your current Adobe ID (email) used to log into the community, but we couldn't find any subscription associated with it.
