Boa tarde! 
Gostaria de solicitar o estorno referente ao valor da assinatura anual, pois eu não assinei o Adobe e consta uma assinatura que eu não reconheço. Assim que cadastrei meu cartão no Apple Store foi cobrada uma assinatura anual que eu gostaria que fosse cancelada de imediato e fosse feito o estorno do valor.

We appreciate you reaching out. Refund can be initiated if the subscription is cancelled within 14days. 

As per your account details, you have an active subscription for Acrobat Premium since last 20 days.

Apple store means that you need to contact Apple support.

if you suspect fraud, contact your credit card provider.

if you think there's an app store error, contact the app store.

 

if you think there's an error from adobe.com, 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

tweet @AdobeCare
