We could not find any active subscriptions listed under this email address. Could you post your query again with the correct email address? Also, if this is the correct email address then when did you buy this plan?

Could you check your account info at your end and check if your apps are activated?

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
