Estoy experimentando dificultades al intentar cancelar mi suscripción debido a un problema relacionado con el procesamiento del pago. Esto ha generado un inconveniente en la gestión de mi plan y la cancelación del producto. Mi nivel de insatisfacción es alto, ya que he cobrado recientemente y no puedo realizar la cancelación adecuadamente. Esto implica que se me cobrará una cantidad de dinero que no deseo gastar, y es posible que no pueda recuperarlo en el futuro.

Supongo que esta situación se debe a un error en la página web o en el proceso de facturación. Al finalizar mi suscripción, se intentó realizar un pago automático para mantener la suscripción activa, pero debido a la falta de fondos en mi cuenta, dicho pago no se pudo llevar a cabo. En este momento, al intentar cancelar el pago, me encuentro con un mensaje que indica un problema en la facturación, lo que parece estar relacionado con el pago del próximo mes.

Leandro, I am sorry you are unable to cancel your subscription. I do not see any active memberships or purchases under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please verify you are logging in under the account with the active subscription or membership while trying to complete the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

you have to fix your payment problem to cancel. in any case, contact adobe support because that's the quickest way to resolve problems.

Esto es inaceptable. Los enlaces proporcionados son completamente inútiles, y lo que es peor, al intentar abrirlos, me he encontrado con errores una y otra vez. Esto me ha obligado a tomar medidas drásticas, transfiriendo mi dinero a otra cuenta para evitar que me cobren de manera forzada por algo que no estoy dispuesto a aceptar. Esta situación es completamente inadmisible. Necesito asistencia de inmediato.
