I'm trying to update my account to the premium, but it's inform me that my account is expired. Anyone can help me?

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    "premium" accounts aren't an adobe.com term.  that term indicates you are trying to purchase something via a mobile store.

     

    if that's true, you need to contact the mobile store. you can check your adobe account at https://account.adobe.com

     

    otoh, it's best to purchase via adobe.com, https://creative.adobe.com/plans
