the provider again stated that I need to contact adobe for this

If that is the case, Ella, then please ask them for a refund and make your purchase from Adobe directly. Please see https://adobe.ly/3YIDM9a for information on how you can purchase an individual plan with an educational discount. ^JW

how are you requesting the code?

Ella, sorry you cannot redeem your code for your Adobe membership. To follow up on Kglad's question, have you contacted the redemption code provider to report that it is invalid? Please see https://adobe.ly/4ewRzFL for more information on utilizing redemption codes for Adobe software and services. ^JW

i have contacted the provider, and they keep referring me to adobes's costumer service. saddly i cant use the customer service from adobe because they tell me that because i dont have any products on my account, i cant get in touch with a person. the link you provided gave me hope that it would finally redeem, but as usual i got the ''code is invalid'' message.

to answer kglad's question, i requested the code via this link: https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/. i followed all steps, and i got in contact with identit-e, to confirm im a student. once that was confirmed i got the redeemcode.
