Extension doesn't work?

Hello, I started a free trial of After Effects and wanted to extend it, but then the site asked me to extend Premiere Pro. The problem: I've already extended the trial.

How can I fix this? I'm VERY sure, that I clicked for the extension for AE. I tried it multiple times.
