Extension of account without notice

hi, I did not recieve any emails from Adobe telling me I am still being charged. I have an Enterprise Account with NVIDIA. I dont need the products. Silly me I never saw the charges on my credit card as they appear under my old credit card. Only used Adobe once. What do I do? and so hard to speak to a customer support person...
